Nadim is a native of Bavaria, Germany and has been residing in Florida since 1998. As president and lead consultant, he oversees all of WAM Sports`business affairs. He specializes in hosting college tennis prep events & personalized mentoring for all college-bound athletes and their families throughout the entire recruiting process.
As a former top German junior player, NCAA Division 1 men`s tennis player, former college assistant coach and co-director of one of the largest tennis resorts and clubs in the USA, Nadim is dedicated to providing the best possible service to athletes from all parts of the world. Nadim graduated from the University of South Florida in 2003 where he played on the varsity tennis team all four years, captaining his side his junior and senior years. He then went on to the University of Tampa, where he graduated with an M.B.A. in 2007. During that time he coached the UT women's tennis team for two years as assistant to head coach Al Dufaux.
His educational, professional and athletic experiences have allowed him to build a very reliable and solid network of college coaches, international clients, partnership institutions, academies, and businesses to use in building & running WAM Sports. Furthermore, Nadim is still actively involved in educating and training high performance junior athletes today. As part of his pledge to WAM Sports, Nadim has dedicated his responsibility to supervise all activities involving consulting, counseling and mentoring WAM Sports' athletes of all college disciplines.

Jennifer Smith-Naser went to high school in Fairfax, Virginia and after graduation, went to college in London England, earning her bachelor's degree from the University of London in International Relations. During her studies, she played field hockey and had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe. In London, she worked for the Fulbright Commission and started her career of assisting foreign students abroad. After graduation, she went to Seoul, Korea and traveled throughout southeast Asia, while working for the United States Embassy. She sat for her LSAT exams at William and Mary University but decided law school wasn't the direction she wanted to go. Her dream was to join the foreign service and continue her travels. She had the opportunity to travel through South America, exploring Paraguay, Brazil, Chile and Argentina. In 1991, she returned to the United States and began her master degree. A job opportunity took her to New York City, where she spend several years as an interior designer. In 2001, she and her family moved to Miami. During this time, she developed a career in event planning. Jennifer's international experience, coupled with her event planning expertise, makes her uniquely qualified to partner with WAM Sports, planning their events.

Sean is a native of Montreal, PQ Canada and has a diverse background which includes high performance sports and high-tech business. As the Collegiate Scout for WAM, Sean is responsible for identifying, educating, and helping students-athletes find their best-fit within American Universities. Bringing extensive experience both on and off the sports field, Sean is a former Canadian National Karate Team member, as well as a University and Professional football player. Understanding the unique needs of the students-athletes is Sean’s speciality, for he has competed in many additional sports including ice hockey, wrestling (Team Ontario – HS), baseball (tried out for the Montreal Expos), and more. Starting his business career as a Financial Advisor, Sean transitioned to a start-up software company for nearly a decade where he was Director of Partner Development and recognized as one of the top IT executives in the industry. In 2010 Sean decided to coach his son full time in tennis after learning the comprehensive ACE player development system.
In addition, Sean is the former President of the National Capital Tennis Association and NCTA Regional Chair for the Ontario Tennis Association.

Arthur was born in Houston, Texas but has lived in USA, France & Venezula. He is tri-lingual written and spoken in French, English and Spanish. Arthur started playing tennis at the age of 3 and become a top 25 junior in France and reached the Quater-finals at the French National Championships at Roland Garros. In 2008 he earned a scholarship to New Mexico State University and reached a high NCAA Division 1 singles ranking of #43. Since 2010, Arthur has experienced life as a tennis coach, professional player and most recently joined the WAM Scouting Operations department as a touring scout.

Patrick Albán is the president and head sport psychology consultant for Sport Psychology Movement Institute (SPMI) in Miami, Fl. He holds a Masters of Science (M.S.) Degree in Sport Psychology. Prior to his studies in Sport Psychology Patrick was also a former college tennis player for one of the nations top division II programs: Barry University. While completing his Masters Degree in Miami, Patrick consulted many athletes from Barry University as well as interned at the prestigious Evert Tennis Academy (ETA). In addition, he has taught multiple sport psychology classes at the University level. Currently, as the head SPMI consultant, Patrick has gained his experience primarily by working with athletes in over 15 sports and all levels from novice to professional. His primary focus is providing the best mental toughness training services in the industry. Patrick provides athlete mental training sessions 1-on-1 as well as online to reach out to athletes from all parts of the world. His notable experience includes working with athletes in the NFL, Nation Wide Tour, FIFA, Star Mazda Series, WTA, UFC fighters, NCAA, All-Americans and more.

Christian developed his expertise first as a player, winning more then 20 national and international tournaments, was ranked in the top 10 of the German national ranking for almost a decade and is now the Head teaching professional of the Toluca Lake Tennis & Fitness Club, where he was voted Southern Californian coach of the year by Head/Penn in 2014. Between 1997 and 1999 Christian was playing on the ITF Junior tour, along with Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, Jürgen Melzer, and others, where he had several wins over players ranked in the Top 10.
In 1998 Christian made his way to the Australian Open doubles Semi Finals with Roger Federer. After their successful collaboration they continued to practice and travel together for other tournaments. Christian also played with Jürgen Melzer at the French Open as well as with Olivier Rochus in Wimbledon. After his junior years he continued the sport of men’s professional tennis on the ITF and ATP tour.
In 2003, due to a severe injury to his right shoulder, Christian had to stop his professional tennis career and consequently turned his focus from his own performance to training upcoming world class tennis talent as well as active professionals under the guidance of his former coach, Klaus Hofsaess, former German national team coach as well as personal coach of Steffi Graf, Boris Becker, and many more. During his employment as the head pro at Hofsaess Tennis Academy, which is one of the top European tennis academies (located in Marbella, Spain) he trained ATP, WTA and Junior players including German number one Andrea Petkovic as well as Viktoria Azarenka, currently World No. 1. Miss Azarenka first reached No.1 on the ITF Junior Tour while being coached by Christian. As the head tennis pro he was also responsible for match and video analyses and for creating long and short-term training and tournament schedules. Additionally, Christian fulfilled many administrative and managerial functions while serving as Director of Management and Marketing of Hofsaess Tennis Academy.
